Your positioning
What you want to be known for, who you're really for, and why someone should choose you over another capable person who seems to do the same thing.
Answer "Why you?" without needing five minutes.
The Authority Architecture · 12 weeks · private
Over twelve weeks, one-on-one, we close the gap between how good you are at your work and how you sell it.
We sharpen your positioning, refine your offer, strengthen the words doing the selling, and work on what happens in the conversation itself. The right clients understand your value, your price makes sense, and selling feels like you.

Sound familiar?
Your clients love you. They refer you. They get real results. But put you in front of someone who doesn't already know how good you are, and something changes.
Someone asks what you do and you give the accurate answer, not the one that makes them lean in. A good prospect gets on a call and you talk too much, explain too much, or try to prove the value instead of letting them discover it.
Then the price comes up. You soften it. Add something. Explain why it costs what it costs. Maybe offer a discount before anyone asked for one. And when the call ends with "let me think about it," you're left wondering what happened.
That gap is expensive. It's the discovery call that goes nowhere, the proposal that disappears into silence, the prospect who compares you on price because they never understood why you're different.
That's not a talent problem. It's a communication problem. And communication can be changed.
It tells you to become more confident first. But when you know what you stand for, who your work is for, why it matters and how to say it clearly, you have something solid to stand on. The confidence follows.
Selling isn't a personality trait, and good sales communication isn't a memorized script. It's understanding the person in front of you well enough to have an honest conversation about what they need, and giving them enough clarity to decide.
You don't need to get better at performing sales. You need to get better at communicating your value.
This isn't twelve weeks of talking about confidence. We work on your actual business.
What you want to be known for, who you're really for, and why someone should choose you over another capable person who seems to do the same thing.
Answer "Why you?" without needing five minutes.
Sometimes a communication problem is an offer problem. We look at what you sell, the outcome you promise, how it's packaged and priced, and where complexity makes it harder to buy.
One core offer you can explain simply and stand behind.
Before anyone talks to you, they've formed an opinion. We review your website, sales page, emails, proposals and follow-up to find where your message gets diluted or a client doesn't know what to do next.
Every touchpoint sounds like the person they'll meet on the call.
We role-play the conversations that make you uncomfortable: price, hesitation, objections, "I need to think about it," "can you send me something?" and asking for the decision.
Know what to do when someone hesitates.
This is where most sales programs stop being useful, because eventually there's another human across from you. You bring real calls, and we review them together.
Then you take it back into the real world and try again. You don't become a better salesperson by learning more about sales. You become one by having better conversations.

Small changes in wording change what happens next. Tap a card to see the rewrite.
By the end of our twelve weeks together, you'll have:
A way of selling that sounds like you. Not Simone. Not a sales guru. Not ChatGPT. You.
"I felt completely held, seen, and understood in who I am and what I offer. … If you're great at what you do, but need someone who can set you up with an authentic representation of what you offer, making it easy for customers to sign up with you, I highly recommend working with Simone."
"Her knowledge and insights on how to scale a business and simplify its processes helped me look at my services from a different perspective."
You don't want a new sales personality. You want to sell as yourself.
We'll work on the business together. You'll still have the conversations.

Who you'd be working with
For twenty years I've sat in rooms where communication had consequences. From PwC, Fox and Capgemini to founders building businesses around their own expertise, I've watched the same thing happen: someone brilliant at the work loses the room when they have to explain it.
I'm a CPA turned entrepreneur, a TEDx licensed host and speaker coach, and I've helped clients raise more than $5M. So when we work together, I'm not only listening to how something sounds. I'm looking at what it costs you when it doesn't land.
Twelve weeks to focus on three things: how you're positioned, what you sell and charge, and how you talk about it. This isn't a course, and there aren't 47 videos waiting in a portal. We find where communication gets between your value and the person trying to buy it, and fix that.
The Authority Architecture is a significant investment, built for businesses where one more right-fit client changes the year. We talk about it openly on our call, once we both know what you need.
Our coaching time, plus time each week putting the work into practice: updating a page, refining your offer, or taking a conversation you'd normally avoid.
We'll work from the conversations you do have, and use role-play to prepare for the ones coming up. Part of the work is making sure the right people want to talk to you.
Neither. It's private, one-on-one work on your business.
Sometimes it is. If your costs, margins or pricing model need work before anything else, I also offer Financial Architecture, CFO-level work on the numbers behind your business. We'll work out on our call which you need first.
Yes. I'm based in Lisbon and work with clients in most time zones, in English.
The Authority Architecture isn't a checkout button. It's close, private work, so I want to understand the actual conversations, words and decisions affecting your sales before we begin.
