This policy explains how Freedom Sun, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as SimoneCR ("we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit simonecr.com, fill in a form, book a call, buy a product or work with us.

Freedom Sun, LLC is the business behind SimoneCR and the work of Simone Cimiluca-Radzins. For any privacy question or request, email hello@simonecr.com.
What we collect

- Booking and session details: the times you book and the notes or recordings from calls, if you agree to a recording.
- Payment details: when you buy something, payments are handled by our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: basic information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, the device and browser you use, and your approximate location from your IP address.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule and run discovery calls, and deliver coaching, advisory, workshops and speaking
- To process payments and send receipts
- To send emails you've signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Legal basis (for visitors in the EU and UK)
We process your information because it's needed to provide a service you've asked for, because you've given consent (for example, to receive emails), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, or because the law requires it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Our CRM, forms, scheduling and email platform (GoHighLevel)
- Our website host (Vercel)
- Our email delivery service (Resend)
- Our payment processor
- Video call tools such as Zoom or Google Meet
- Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces on this site from Google's servers
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
International transfers
Freedom Sun, LLC is a US company, and some of our providers store data in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred out of the EU or UK, we rely on our providers' standard contractual clauses or other approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working together or while you're subscribed, and afterwards only as long as we need it for the reasons above, including legal and tax records. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. California residents can ask what we collect and request deletion, and we won't treat you differently for asking. To make a request, email hello@simonecr.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to run it and, where you allow it, to understand how it's used. The booking, form and checkout pages we link to are run by our providers and may set their own cookies.
The Selling Blueprint
The free Selling Blueprint at blueprint.simonecr.com uses your birth date, time and city once to create your reading, and then deletes them. The details are on that page.
Children
Our services are for adults running businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
