You'll know what AI is worth before you spend a thing.

In thirty days your team will have a plan for using AI, and they'll already be using it.

The AI Roadmap Sprint will show your team how to use these tools on their own work, then help you choose the three changes worth making first and what each one is worth to you in money. You'll leave with a plan and somebody to lead it.

The problem

Your team is losing hours every week, and nobody's job is to work out why.

Say you run a company with fifteen people. On Monday somebody rebuilds the same report they built last Monday. On Wednesday two people are copying numbers between two systems that don't talk to each other. On Friday you look back at the week and you know, without being able to prove it, that a good part of what your team did could have been handled by a tool.

So you start looking into it. Within an hour you've read six opinions, found four tools that all claim to do everything, and nobody anywhere will tell you what it costs or what it saves. There's no one on your team whose job this is, so it moves to next month. And next month it moves again.

The hours you're losing are real, and the plan to stop losing them keeps getting postponed.

Here's what's actually in the way:

  • Every demo shows you a best case, and never your case
  • Nobody has put a number on what your manual hours cost you
  • Your team has opinions but hasn't tried these tools on real work
  • No single person is responsible for deciding
  • The cost of waiting is real and invisible, so it never reaches the agenda

None of that is a discipline problem, and it doesn't mean you're behind. It's a planning problem, and a plan is a much smaller thing to build than it looks from here.

What waiting costs you

You're already paying for this, you just can't see the number yet.

Every week your team spends hours on work a tool could help with, and because nobody has counted those hours, the cost never turns up anywhere you'd notice. It isn't on a bill and it isn't a line in your budget, so it never competes for your attention the way an invoice does.

The sum we do on the kickoff call

Say ten people each lose two hours a week to manual work, and an hour of their time costs you twenty-five euros. That comes to about twenty-six thousand euros a year, every year you wait. Those figures are made up to show you the shape of the sum, and the ones we use on the call will be yours.

So before we speak, take one guess. How many hours a week do you think your team loses to work that doesn't need a person? Write the number down, because the form on this page asks what your team does by hand, and your guess is usually closer than you expect.

Simone speaking to a room

Why I built this

I spent my career putting numbers on decisions like this one.

I'm a CPA, and before I worked for myself I spent years in finance, including time with PwC, 21st Century Fox and Capgemini. My job was to look at a decision and say what it would cost, what it would save, and when it would pay for itself. That's the question nobody is answering for you about AI, and it's the reason the decision keeps sliding.

I also build my own AI tools, so I teach from what I use rather than from theory. I've taught this work live at Lisbon AI Week and at Google DevFest, and what I kept seeing in those rooms was teams who were interested and still stuck, because being interested isn't the same as having a plan. So I built the shortest thing I could that ends with one.

What I believe

Your team already knows where the time goes.

Your team already knows where the time goes.

You don't, and that isn't a failing, because nobody can see that from above. That's why the roadmap gets built in a room with your people in it rather than handed to them afterward.

You should know what a change is worth before you pay for it.

Most people can't tell you what AI will cost them or what it will save, so the decision stays a guess. We work out what your hours are worth first, and then the choice gets a lot easier to make.

Your team should be able to do this without me.

Plenty of people in this work are careful to leave you needing them again. I'd rather teach your team the foundations properly, so they can judge the next tool and the one after that on their own. That's the whole point of naming someone to lead the plan.

Spending nothing for ninety days is a real answer.

Sometimes the honest finding is that your best move is to fix one process by hand and wait. I'll tell you when that's what your numbers say, because I'd rather you trust the next thing I tell you.

How the Sprint works

The AI Roadmap Sprint runs in three steps, and your team does the last one.

The deciding happens in the room rather than in a report I write afterward, so the roadmap is a summary of what your team already agreed. Then they put it in, and I stay with them while they do.

The kickoff call

Forty-five minutes, with you

We talk about what you want this to do for the business. Then your team fills in a short form about where their time goes, so the workshop starts from your real numbers rather than from an example.

The half-day workshop

Up to fifteen people

The first half teaches the foundations, meaning how these tools actually work, what you have to give one before it's useful, how to check what comes back and what to keep out of them. Then everyone puts that to work on their own real tasks. In the second half the room picks its top three priorities, costs them with me, and names someone to lead each one.

The thirty days after

Your team does it, with me alongside

Your people make the changes, because the ones who do the work are the ones who make them stick. I'm with you for the full thirty days, with sessions on day fourteen and day thirty to see what moved, fix what's stuck and coach the person who owns the plan.

What's inside, and when it happens

You can see your whole month before it starts.

WhenThe partWhat you get from it
Day 0The Kickoff CallForty-five minutes on your goals, so the workshop is aimed at the outcome you want rather than at AI in general.
Before day 1The Team Time-CheckA short form your team fills in about where their hours go. This is what makes the payoff math yours instead of an industry average.
Day 1The Half-Day WorkshopThe foundations taught and then used on real work, so your team can keep going without me. Then your top three priorities chosen, costed and owned.
Day 2The One-Page RoadmapOne page with the three priorities, a rough cost and payoff for each, the name against each one and the first date.
Day 14The First Check-InForty-five minutes on what moved and what's stuck, while it's still early enough to change course.
Day 30The Last Check-InForty-five minutes on where you landed, and what your team is ready to take on next.

Where you'll be

By day thirty, you'll have a plan your team helped write.

What you'll have

  • Your team will know how to use these tools properly, because they'll have learned the foundations and used them on their own work
  • One page that shows what to try first, what to build later, and what to leave alone for now
  • A rough cost and payoff for each of your top three priorities, so you can decide with numbers
  • One person on your team who owns the plan and knows how to keep it moving

What the Sprint doesn't do

  • It doesn't build, integrate or automate anything for you
  • It doesn't choose or buy your tools, or handle licenses
  • It doesn't clean up your data
  • It doesn't cover what a regulated business needs on data privacy and compliance, and I'll say so on the call rather than let you find out later
  • It doesn't guarantee a number of hours saved, because anyone promising that before seeing your business is guessing

The AI Roadmap Sprint is new, so these are from my advising and workshop clients rather than from a Sprint. Early teams are founding clients, and I'll tell you that on the call too.

Is the Sprint for you

You'll know in a minute whether the AI Roadmap Sprint is right for your team.

The AI Roadmap Sprint is a great fit if

  • You run a company of roughly five to twenty-five people and you can make this decision yourself
  • A lot of your team's work still runs on manual steps
  • You want a plan before you spend money on tools or new hires
  • You're willing to put your team in a room for half a day

The AI Roadmap Sprint isn't for you if

  • You want someone to build and run your AI systems for you, because in the Sprint your own team makes the changes with me alongside
  • You're looking for a deep technical course for developers
  • You want one person trained rather than a team, in which case my talks and workshops may suit you better

The next step

Tell me about your team and I'll send you the plan and the investment.

Every Sprint is quoted on how many people are in the room and whether we run it online, in Lisbon, or at your offices. So rather than put one number on this page that would be wrong for most teams, I'd rather hear about yours.

I'll come back within two business days with the format I'd recommend and what it costs. There's nothing to pay to ask, and nothing happens until you say yes.

  • Online, in person in Lisbon, or I travel to your offices
  • Travel is quoted separately and named before you decide
  • Your details go to me, and I don't add you to a mailing list from this form

Ask about the Sprint

Six questions, and the last one is optional.

Thank you.

I've got your details and I'll come back within two business days with the format I'd recommend and what it costs. If it's urgent, email me at hello@simonecr.com.

Questions

Owners ask me these before they book the AI Roadmap Sprint.

What is the AI Roadmap Sprint?

The AI Roadmap Sprint is a thirty-day program for a team of up to fifteen people. It starts with a call with the owner and a short form about where the team's hours go. Then there's a half-day workshop where I teach the foundations of using these tools and the team applies them to their own work, picks the three changes worth making first and works out what each one is worth. You get a one-page roadmap with a cost against each priority, and I stay with you for thirty days while your team puts it in.

What is an AI champion, and who should it be?

Your AI champion is the person on your team who owns the roadmap after I leave, keeps the three priorities moving and is the one others ask when they get stuck. It doesn't need to be your most technical person. It usually works best as someone who does the work the changes affect, has the standing to ask for an hour of somebody's time, and is curious enough to keep going. The room picks them on the day rather than you appointing them beforehand.

Is the AI Roadmap Sprint online or in person?

Both. I run it online, in person in Lisbon, or I travel to your offices. Travel is quoted separately and I'll tell you what it adds before you decide anything.

How much does the AI Roadmap Sprint cost?

It depends on how many people are in the room and whether we run it online or in person, so I quote it after the form above. Tell me about your team and I'll send you a number within two business days.

Do we need to know anything about AI first?

No, you don't. We start at the beginning, and everyone works on their own real tasks rather than on practice examples.

Do we have to use a particular tool?

I teach hands-on in Claude, because that's what I use and build with. The thinking and the roadmap work with whichever tool your team decides on.

Who does the work after the workshop?

Your team does, and that's on purpose, because changes stick when the people who made them are the people who live with them. I'm alongside for the full thirty days to unstick things and coach your champion. What I don't do is build, integrate or configure the systems for you, so if that's what you're after, it's a separate conversation and we can have it on the day thirty call.

Do you guarantee we'll save a certain number of hours?

No, and anyone who promises that before seeing your business is guessing. What I can promise is that you'll know where your hours go and which changes are worth making first.

What happens after the thirty days?

Your champion keeps the roadmap moving, which is the point of naming one. Some owners want the money and sales side of the business built out next, and that's a separate conversation we can have on the last call.

Thirty days from now

In thirty days you'll have one page, three priorities, and somebody who owns them.

Tell me about your team and I'll come back within two business days with the format I'd recommend and what it costs.
