Refund policy

This policy covers digital products and workshops sold by Freedom Sun, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as SimoneCR. That includes workshop recordings, toolkits and other downloads, and live online or in-person workshops.

All sales are final

Because digital products are delivered instantly and workshop places are reserved for you, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to recordings, toolkits, downloads and live workshops.

We still want you to be happy

If something isn't right, please tell us. Email hello@simonecr.com and we'll do our best to make it right. For example:

• You can't access what you bought, or a file is missing
• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount. We'll refund the extra payment.
• You can't make a live workshop. Tell us before it starts, and we'll help you find the best option, such as the recording.
• You're not sure how to use what you bought. We'll point you in the right direction.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you'll be asked at checkout to agree that access to digital content starts immediately, which means the standard 14-day withdrawal period no longer applies once you've received it.
