What you want the money to do
We start with your life rather than your bank account, because a plan only holds when it is pointed at something you genuinely want.
You finish withYour own definition of wealth, and one goal you care about
Peace, more profit and a lot less chaos
In ninety days you will know how well your business is really doing financially, and which moves will actually get you to your goals.

What you are actually dealing with
You built this business yourself, and you should not have to feel lost inside it. Knowing your own numbers is a skill, and it can be taught in a few months.

Who you would be doing this with
I grew up without much money, and that is a large part of why I became an accountant. For twenty years I have worked on the money side of business, first at PwC, 21st Century Fox and Capgemini, and then on my own with startups, small businesses and entrepreneurs.
Most of the owners who called me were making good money and still running out of it. Their books were a mess, or they were getting ready to raise money, or they simply could not see where it was all going. What they wanted was not a lecture about budgeting. They wanted peace, more profit and a lot less chaos, and that is still what this work is for.
We work in the order that actually holds, because the system only sticks once you understand why you have been avoiding it.
Six pieces of work, and you finish each one holding something real.
We start with your life rather than your bank account, because a plan only holds when it is pointed at something you genuinely want.
You finish withYour own definition of wealth, and one goal you care about
We look at where your beliefs about money came from, and we bring them into the open. There is no judgment here, and you share only what you want to share.
You finish withThe belief you are ready to put down, in your own words
This is your money date, and we do it together, which is the whole reason it finally gets done. Nobody else is in the room with us.
You finish withYour snapshot: income, spending, and what is left
We work out your net worth, which is what you own minus what you owe. It is the one number that shows whether you are building something, and most owners have never calculated it.
You finish withYour net worth today, and the number you are working toward
A system you have to remember is a system you will drop. You decide how the money gets divided, what gets automated, and how your short weekly check-in works.
You finish withA money system and the weekly habit that keeps it running
We separate the business money from your money properly, decide what happens when there is a surplus, and put your debts in the order that costs you the least.
You finish withA plan for the quarter ahead, written by you
Bring your real numbers, even the ones that embarrass you, because I cannot help you with a version you have tidied up first.
I will not judge you, and I have seen it all before. Everything you tell me stays between us.
Is your challenge more about winning clients and charging what you are worth? That is The Authority Architecture. Do you need someone to run the numbers at CFO level? That is Financial Architecture.
Pricing too low because you do not know your costs, and that gap repeating on every invoice you send. Interest you could have cleared. Paying yourself last, and wondering why a business that is growing does not feel like it.
Let's change that →Not ready for the private work
A 137-page workbook that takes you through thirty days on your own, at your own pace. It is the same money story work, and it finishes with your budget, your net worth and a plan you wrote yourself.
We talk first, and then we decide together. On that call I will walk you through how the ninety days work and what the investment is, and payment plans are available. I only take this on when I am sure I can help you.
