Session 1: Find Your Storytelling Sense
You'll find out whether you connect most through what you see, hear, or feel, and you'll pick a story from your life or work to practice with during the program.
A six-week live online cohort
Stop performing. Start connecting.
Join a six-week live online cohort and learn to tell stories that help people remember you.

You're great at what you do, but when someone asks about your work, the words come out wrong. Maybe you ramble, or maybe you freeze, or maybe your heart starts racing and you hear yourself sounding like someone else. You walk away thinking about everything you should have said.
The problem isn't you. The problem is that most of us were taught to perform when we speak, so we try to sound polished and impressive. But performing makes us stiff and nervous, and it makes it hard for people to connect with us.
Your work deserves to be heard, and you shouldn't miss out on opportunities just because no one ever taught you how to tell your story.
AI can now write a pitch, an email, or a LinkedIn post in seconds, so polished words are everywhere.
What AI can't do is walk into a room, look someone in the eye, and make them feel something.
That's why the way you speak and tell stories has become one of the most valuable things you have.
So the goal isn't to sound perfect anymore, but to connect with people and speak with impact.

Your guide
I'm an accountant who loves words, and I know that sounds like a strange mix. For 20 years, my career took me through PwC, 21st Century Fox, and Capgemini, and I watched brilliant people build a perfect plan and then lose the room the moment they had to explain it. Now I see entrepreneurs talk about their work with so much passion, but when someone asks "So, what do you do?", they lose their words and sound like a robot. The gap between how good you are and how you sound is where opportunities slip away.
That's why I now teach the human side of business. I've lived and worked in 40+ countries, and my clients have included top executives, government officials, and celebrities. I've spoken to international audiences and facilitated international teams. I've also served as a TEDx host and speaker coach, where I helped people turn big ideas into talks that audiences remembered.
My work has been featured in Entrepreneur, NPR, Grazia, LA Weekly, and The Portugal News. I'm NLP-trained and certified in breathwork, so I don't only help you with your words, because I also help you calm your body so the real you can show up when it matters.
You'll find out whether you connect most through what you see, hear, or feel, and you'll pick a story from your life or work to practice with during the program.
You'll learn to bring all the senses into your story so it lands with people who take in the world differently than you do.
You'll learn how to connect your story to your audience's dreams and struggles so they feel it and not just hear it.
You'll shape your story with a clear beginning, middle, and end, and you'll learn how to use pacing and pauses to hold attention.
You'll learn how to read the room and adjust your tone and energy, so your story works on a stage, on a sales call, or in a quick introduction.
You'll learn a simple routine to calm your body before you speak, using your breath and grounding your feet. Then you'll stand up, step in front of your camera, and deliver your story with a strong opening and a clear ending, and you'll get live feedback from me and from the group.
The techniques you learn will help you in all kinds of moments, including:
All six sessions are live online every Thursday. Each session is 90 minutes, and you can join from anywhere.
That's 3:00 PM in London, 4:00 PM in Paris, Berlin, and Madrid, and 10:00 AM in New York.
Every session is recorded, so if you miss one, you can catch up before the next Thursday. The real growth still happens live, when you practice and get feedback in the moment.
Without a clear story, it's easy to keep getting the polite nod. People smile and say "that sounds interesting," and then they hire someone who isn't half as good as you but knows how to tell their story. You keep leaving events and sales calls wishing you'd said it differently, and your best work stays hidden.
Picture yourself walking into a room and telling your story with calm, natural confidence. People lean in, they remember you, and they want to know more. Instead of dreading the question "So, what do you do?", you'll look forward to it, because you finally have an answer that sounds like you.
"If my TEDx talk landed, a big part of that credit belongs to Simone. Every week, she gathered a group of speakers and taught us how to simplify our ideas, speak from the heart, and own the stage with confidence. My speech would have been half of what it was without her."
"She helped me shape my TEDx talk by constantly encouraging me to dig deeper and bring out the very best in myself. Her ability to ask the right questions, offer thoughtful guidance, and see the bigger picture made all the difference."
"You have a wonderful ability to make people feel confident, supported and capable of doing more than they thought they could."
